Located in the historic neighborhood of Pocono Country Place you will find yourself within 20-30 min drives of major attractions such Kalahari, Camelback, Great Wolf Lodge, Mount Airy Casino, Crossings Premium Outlets, and the outdoor adventures of Bushkill Falls!
The home has an open floor plan with large windows for plenty of natural light, and a new updated renovated kitchen complete with modern appliances and a wine chiller. A split level master suit floor with master bed, master bath, and a sitting room. A den with an office area, media/TV/game room, and laundry. A large outdoor area with fire pit, deck for BBQ dinners, and beautiful trees towering over you. Hot Tub coming summer of 2027!
There are three bedrooms that contain a combined total of 1 queen, twin over twin bunk, twin over full bunk, and a daybed w/trundle. The Den has a leather pull-out twin bed if needed. Sleeps 9 very comfortably though top bunks do have a weight limit. We are near grocery stores, dollar stores, and plenty of restaurants and eateries that will deliver!
The community offers many amenities such as a lake with a beach and allows swimming/boating/fishing,multiple clubhouses, a community center, a couple outdoor pools, many basketball & tennis courts that are a short drive from the house. Passes are bought separately (children under 3 do not need a badge). There is a check-in procedure required when booking and all guests and vehicles will need to be registered or you will not be allowed to enter the community. A one-time extra fee will apply at registration and be good for your entire stay.

~No Pets as homeowner has allergies. If bringing a service animal extra animal cleaning charges will apply.
~Late HOA registration is $200 fine.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
